Terms of use

Last updated September 27, 2026. By using cfbfantasy.net you agree to these terms.

The service

cfbfantasy.net is a college fantasy football product: leagues, drafts, lineups, waivers, and related tools. It is provided as-is. Features can change. We may pause the service for maintenance or capacity.

Your account

You must use a real email you control. You are responsible for activity on your account and for confirming your email when we require it. Do not abuse invites, scrape the service, or attempt to access another manager’s account.

Leagues

Commissioners set league rules within what the product allows. We are not a party to side bets or dues. Player names, schools, and stats come from public sports data and may be incomplete or delayed.

Leaving a league

Closing your account or leaving a league does not take the league from other managers. When other managers remain, your team seat, roster, and picks stay unless the commissioner drops the team. If you are the only person in a league, closing the account can delete that league with it (except a waiting-room or live draft, which we keep until you confirm it is empty or a test).

Emails

Creating an account or joining a league means we may email you about that league and account: invites you accepted, draft time and reminders, report cards, and commissioner-approved recaps. These are service messages, not a newsletter. We do not sell a marketing list.

To stop league and product mail, email invites@cfbfantasy.net from the same address with subject Stop emails. We honor that for product SMTP. Leaving a league or deleting the account also ends league mail.

League invites are sent because a commissioner named your address. If an invite is unexpected, ignore the link and reply with subject Stop emails to block further product mail to that address. Commissioners may only invite people they have a personal or league relationship with.

Sign-in confirmation and password-reset mail is not optional and is not covered by Stop emails.
